Hello I am a MBACP psychotherapist working with all age groups through various platforms. I combine my MSc counselling and PostGrad conflict resolution education with my lived experience as a Hong Kong - Canada - UK immigrant to provide counselling support for my clients.

I have over 15 years professional experience working with youth and families as counsellor, psychotherapist, youth worker and behavioural interventionist.

2023 MSc Person-Centred Counselling - University of Aberdeen (UK)

2023 PG Cert Children and Young Person Counselling (UK)

2022 PG Dip Person-Centred Counselling - University of Aberdeen (UK)

2011 PG Cert Negotiation & Mediation - Justice Institute of BC (Canada)

2006 BA Psychology - Simon Fraser University (Canada)

I provide online and in-person sessions using an integrative person-centred approach. All parts of you are welcomed without judgement, and my goal is to support you in clarifying and uncovering the real you.  The aim is to foster freedom for you to work with your emotions and explore your self concepts.

This will take work and courage on your part, and I hold confidentiality in highest regard with my practice.

A series of 10 sessions is recommended for building consistancy and tracking progress, but can be adjusted if needed.  This is about empowering your self agency.

Coping exercices and techniques can also be explored upon request.

Through working with me you will come to accept yourself more fully, and find motivation towards the next you, whether it be more assured of your own values, or have the resolve to forgo old habits and thinking processes and to develop healthier ones.
